Job summary

A technology distribution company in Jeddah seeks a Corporate Account Manager to manage relationships with partners and ensure sales targets are met. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in channel sales and a degree in IT, Business, or Marketing. Job description

The Corporate Account Manager acts as a liaison between the vendor and its channel partners and is responsible for building, maintaining and managing relationships with current and prospective partners. He/she is also important in developing and maintaining trust between a vendor and its partners and circumventing potential channel conflict. The position is based in Jeddah.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Building strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Actively playing a part in ensuring financial targets are reached.
  • Maintain quick response via emails to partner queries and commercial quotations.
  • Building strong relationships with Customer Services Team members and IPP Team.
  • Updating customer DB and pipeline.
  • Providing regular updates to BDM for the managed territories.
  • Achieving assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
  • Meeting assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Aligning with vendor for discounts and commercials.
  • Ensuring collection on payments of due invoices.
  • Ensuring that the breadth target for the company is met.
  • Being responsible to maintain the profitability of the products sold.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma/ Degree in IT/ Business/ Marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Distribution Channel Sales experience.
  • Able to effectively communicate and manage channel partners’ efforts towards promotion of vendor and achievement of company goals.
  • Passionate to work in technology industry.
  • Able to cope in fast-paced environment and take pressure.
  • Customer and sales oriented.
