Job description

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline shaping the future of flying. We aim to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the Kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

About the Role

Are you passionate about operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance in aviation?

As Coordinator Stores, you will play a key role in supporting Riyadh Air’s Line Maintenance operations by managing tool storage and calibration programs. You will ensure that all tools and equipment meet regulatory requirements and are maintained in serviceable condition, supporting the reliability and efficiency of our maintenance activities.

In this role, you will oversee tool control processes, manage QA audits, and collaborate closely with maintenance teams to improve stores operations. You will also ensure compliance with GACA regulations and Riyadh Air policies, while maintaining accurate records and implementing best practices in storage, handling, and calibration.

This is a critical position where your attention to detail and technical expertise will directly contribute to the safety and operational readiness of Riyadh Air’s fleet.

About You

You will bring 2–5 years of experience in the Airline, MRO, or Aerospace industry, with a strong background in technical or logistics operations. A Technical Diploma or equivalent is required, and additional training in Logistics Management, Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA), or General Familiarization for airframe and engine manufacturers will be highly valued.

You are expected to demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English, adaptability, and a high level of professionalism are essential.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience managing calibration programs, QA audits, and tool control processes within a regulated aviation environment.

This is your opportunity to be part of Riyadh Air’s journey to redefine aviation standards. Bring your best and show us why you can own this position within Riyadh Air.
