What you'll be doing:
  • Monitor Driver Performance: Track and assess daily driver performance, including punctuality, delivery accuracy, route efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate Daily Performance Reports: Prepare and share daily driver performance and operational reports with management for transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Track Receiving and Dispatching Activities: Oversee and verify all driver dispatching and receiving activities, ensuring all deliveries are logged and tracked in real‑time.
  • Resolve Operational Issues: Address and resolve any delivery‑related issues, such as delays, failed deliveries, or route deviations, with a quick turnaround.
  • Follow‑Up on Uncollected Orders: Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to track and manage any uncollected or pending orders and ensure follow‑up actions are taken.
  • Respond to Customer Service Emails: Respond promptly and professionally to emails from the Customer Service (CS) team regarding delivery inquiries, complaints, or special requests.
  • Communicate with Management: Share daily reports, critical updates, and performance metrics with line managers to support operational decisions.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Intermediate/ Advanced English Language
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience working with delivery drivers or in last‑mile logistics is highly desirable.
