We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team in the heavy industry and metallurgy sector in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and facilitating communication between various departments. Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and information flow between teams.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including management, clients, and team members, to ensure everyone is informed of project progress and changes.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Organize and attend meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and ensuring that action items are followed up on.
- Coordinate logistics for project-related activities, including travel arrangements and site visits.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in the development of project proposals and presentations, ensuring that they meet company standards and client expectations.
