Job Purpose
The Supply Chain Excellence Associate supports the Supply Chain Excellence function through data analysis, reporting, dashboard preparation, and presentation development. The role focuses on collecting, reading, validating, and interpreting supply chain data to support performance monitoring and decision-making. This position is designed for fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and operates under close supervision as an individual contributor.
Job Accountabilities
Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Collect, clean, and validate supply chain and procurement data from multiple sources.
- Read and interpret datasets related to procurement activities, timelines, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
- Support basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and variances under guidance.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports related to procurement and supply chain performance.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of reported data before submission.
Presentations & Visual Storytelling
- Prepare structured presentations for internal stakeholders highlighting data insights and performance summaries.
- Translate data and numbers into clear charts, tables, and visual summaries.
- Support management reporting packs and monthly performance reviews.
Performance Monitoring Support
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PR cycle time, supplier responsiveness, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain trackers and reporting files to support performance follow-up.
- Support variance analysis and basic root-cause investigation.
Cross-Functional Data Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to collect required data.
- Support data requests and ensure timely consolidation of inputs.
- Participate in meetings as a supporting analyst and note key data-related actions.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience, including internships, cooperative training, or academic projects.
- Strong academic or practical exposure to data analysis and reporting is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis).
- Basic to intermediate exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Ability to read, understand, and structure data from ERP systems or datasets (academic exposure acceptable).
- Basic understanding of KPIs and performance reporting concepts.
Soft Skills

- Ability to present data clearly and logically.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
