Job summary

Job description
  • Required to join an international contractor working on a prestigious building in Al-Ula. Responsibilities include assisting in all aspects of Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying.
  • Build a working relationship with the the client's representative.
  • Manage the Contract Administration Team.
  • Review, advise and draft letters on contractual correspondence.
  • Assist in contractual negotiations and drafting of sub-contract agreements.
  • Attend meeting with clients and participates in all contractual aspects of projects, including payment applications, certifications, claims, final accounts, variations and contract interpretation.
Requirements:
  • Applicants should meet the following criteria
  • Degree Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or other equivalent qualification
  • RICS chartered status or working towards
  • 15+ years experience in Civil / Building projects in the construction industry.
  • Experience of administering FIDIC red book conditions of contract.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record in Contracts Administration of Projects on the Contractor's side.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to Contract Administration Team including Quantity Surveyors and junior staff.
  • Have Middle East experience at project level.
