The Company

It has diversified its project portfolio, spanning various sectors such as industrial, distribution, manufacturing, office, retail, recreational, healthcare, and commercial across the kingdom. Furthermore, it has recently joined a larger engineering services group, prioritizing value-added construction services, and has successfully completed over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, emphasizing strong customer relationships and outstanding performance.

Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to execution and closeout, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope changes.
  • Identify potential contractual risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, protecting the interests of the company.
  • Monitor and administer contract performance, ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations in accordance with the terms and conditions.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage contract change orders and variations while maintaining accurate records.
  • Evaluate and manage contract claims and disputes, facilitating resolution and minimizing potential delays or disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, project specifications, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare regular contract status reports and updates for project stakeholders and management.
  • Work closely with the cost control team to ensure that contract-related expenses align with project budgets.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in contracts management within the construction industry.
  • Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
