UmrahBookings is on a mission to become the largest B2B hotel booking platform providing exclusive rates for accommodations in Makkah and Madinah. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic Contracting Manager to lead our hotel partnerships and contracting strategy.

Role Overview

As the Contracting Manager, you will lead the contracting team responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners across Makkah and Madinah. You’ll oversee the negotiation of competitive hotel rates, ensure seamless onboarding processes, and play a key role in expanding our network of high-quality hotel partners.

Your leadership will directly contribute to UmrahBookings’ growth, ensuring we offer our users the most comprehensive and competitive hotel selection in the holy cities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hotel Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and onboard new hotel partners that align with platform goals. Negotiate favorable commercial terms and exclusive rates. Build and nurture long-term partnerships with hotel suppliers.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Oversight: Manage a team of Contracting Executives and set clear performance targets. Review progress through weekly and monthly reports, ensuring KPIs are met. Provide training, mentorship, and field support to contracting staff.
  • Onboarding & Integration Management: Supervise the hotel onboarding process with cross-functional teams (tech, sales, support). Ensure all contracts, documentation, and listings go live on schedule. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during activation.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track competitor rates, market trends, and partner feedback. Prepare performance analytics and strategic insights for senior management. Maintain an up-to-date supplier tracking system.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to align supply and demand. Ensure seamless data integration and optimal partner visibility on the platform.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in hotel contracting, supplier relations, or travel tech.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the Makkah/Madinah hospitality market is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and contract management systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
