In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts within our projects. Your expertise will ensure that all contracts align with the company’s strategic objectives while adhering to legal standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts including vendor agreements, client contracts, and service agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract needs and provide insights on terms and conditions.
  • Identify potential contractual risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a centralized database of contracts, tracking key deadlines and ensuring compliance with obligations.
  • Monitor contract performance and support necessary modifications or renewals.
  • Advise and educate internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, best practices, and relevant legal updates.
