Overview

JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Continuous Improvements Specialist who is passionate about enhancing processes and driving efficiency across our organization. This role plays a vital part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Directorate of Engineering Services, where you will identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement initiatives that promote operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and support continuous improvement initiatives across Engineering Services.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of improvements and provide recommendations for further enhancements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on improvement initiatives and progress.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Support the development and automation of processes through effective data analysis.
  • Track compliance with established business processes and report on non-conformance issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or process improvement roles, preferably within a project management or construction environment.
  • Strong familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading training programs and workshops.
  • Proven ability to manage change and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient with data analysis tools and project management software.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
