Be part of a newly formed organization that is designing and launching new business models across AMET. We are looking for an Operations Lead/Executive (KSA) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, builds and runs this new service for customers, and oversees 3P Store Operations and Delivery service partners (DSP) on last mile. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented fairly and consistently, motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associates’ performance, including roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety, to meet or exceed Amazon expectations. Our mission is to make Amazon the place where customers can find, discover and buy anything online, and to enable people to discover new worlds and implement innovation through our services.

Key responsibilities
  • Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
  • Driving performance management of store team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.
  • Continuously improving the delivery process and attaining a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
  • Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
  • Stand-in for ACES Managers
Basic Qualifications
