We are looking for an Operations Lead/Executive (KSA) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, builds and runs this new service for customers, and oversees 3P Store Operations and Delivery service partners (DSP) on last mile. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented fairly and consistently, motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associates’ performance, including roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety, to meet or exceed Amazon expectations.
