It serves the needs of the National Guard personnel, their dependents, eligible Saudi civilians, and VIP patients in the Western region. The hospital offers a comprehensive range of services including Laboratory Medicine, Medical Imaging, Dentistry, Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care Unit, Obstetrics/Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Pathology, Family Medicine, Infection Prevention & Control, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Urology, Ear, Nose & Throat, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology & Metabolism, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Medical Education, and Primary Health Care.

Qualifications Required

• 3 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital
• 3 years post specialist qualification experience from the following countries:
  • UK – CCT
  • USA – American Board
  • Canada – Canadian Fellowship
  • Ireland – CSD/CSCST
  • Australia & New Zealand – Fellowship
  • France – DES/DESC/CIS/DIS/French Board
  • Germany – Facharzt with sub speciality board
  • Other European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of the SCFHS
