Job summary

PPOAR in Medina, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee building projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to meet specifications, timelines and budget while maintaining quality.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and have proven PM experience. This full‑time role includes accommodation; freshers are welcome to apply and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work being done.
• Maintain accurate records of all project activities and costs.

Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Medina is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects from start to finish. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and budgeting all aspects of the construction process. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Availability for occasional travel

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Medina

Preference for Indian or Egyptian candidates
