We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction and building industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The Construction Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to deliver projects on time and within scope. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Experience with Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects and a background in landscaping will be particularly advantageous.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
  3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project specifications are met.
  4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  5. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  6. Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  7. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  8. Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with team members and stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
  10. Mentor and develop junior staff and construction workers to enhance team performance and capabilities.
Preferred Candidate
  1. Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry, with at least 15 years of experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
  2. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations, particularly in landscaping projects.
  3. Experience working on Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects, showcasing an understanding of their specific requirements and standards.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey project information to stakeholders.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage project documentation and schedules.
  9. Proficient in project management software and tools.
  10. A degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
