Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic Connectivity Practice Lead with a strong background in people leadership, delivery governance, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic leader and practice builder who can shape the future of our connectivity offerings while developing high‑performing teams and scalable delivery models.

As a thought leader in the connectivity domain, you will be responsible for practice management and driving capability growth, ensuring delivery quality, and aligning operations with business strategy. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring talent, optimizing performance, and representing the practice in executive forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the Connectivity Practice with a focus on people development, delivery excellence, and operational maturity.
  • Build and nurture a high‑performing team culture grounded in trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Define and execute the practice strategy, including capability development, workforce planning, and knowledge management.
  • Oversee delivery governance across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, representing the practice in strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the technology roadmap and influence investment decisions.
  • Establish and track KPIs for team performance, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and career growth.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in connectivity and networking, with a strong shift toward leadership, delivery, and practice management.
  • 6+ years of experience in people leadership, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to lead large‑scale delivery operations and manage cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, inspire, and drive change across the organization.
  • Deep understanding of connectivity domains including Cloud, Telecommunications, and Mission‑Critical Networks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on business value and strategic alignment.
Preferred Certifications
  • Leadership, Agile, or coaching certifications are a strong plus (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, Gallup Clifton Strengths).
