Job description
About the Role

At Stella Stays, we’re reimagining what it means to feel at home, and community is at the heart of that.

We’re looking for a Community Specialist to bring our buildings to life. Someone who knows how to connect people, create moments that matter, and make every resident feel part of something special.

You’ll be the spark behind our community; curating events, fostering connections, and building an atmosphere that turns our spaces into experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the face of Stella Stays in the building; you’ll know every resident by name and make sure they feel at home.
  • Create and run community events; from casual coffee mornings to rooftop movie nights.
  • Welcome new residents with energy and warmth; help them settle in, and plug them into the community.
  • Collect feedback, spot trends, and share insights to make our spaces even better.
  • Collaborate with our teams to craft engaging content and experiences.
  • Manage a small events budget; think smart, local, and creative to make it go far.
  • Be the go‑to person when residents have questions, ideas, or just want to say hi.
  • Create moments for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.
  • Network: connect guests who come from similar industries.
Requirements
  • You’re naturally social; people just like talking to you.
  • You love creating experiences; organizing, hosting, bringing people together.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (bonus if you can blend both easily).
  • You have 2–4 years’ experience in hospitality, events, or community roles.
  • Great organizational skills with vendors and deadline management.
  • You’re hands‑on, proactive, and thrive in fast‑moving environments.
  • You care deeply about people; and about the details that make them smile.
  • You’re okay with flexible hours when the best moments happen (yes, sometimes evenings or weekends).
Benefits

Success Looks Like

  • Residents know you by name; and you know theirs.
  • Events are talked about, not just attended.
  • Feedback is positive, and the building feels alive.
  • You help make Stella Stays the place people want to live.
  • Guests choose to stay longer because of how you make them feel.
  • Guests leave with a sense that “we cared.”
Why Stella Stays
  • We’re building the future of living. Tech‑driven, design‑focused, and human at the core.
  • You’ll join a team that moves fast, thinks differently, and believes in making every space feel like home.
