As a Senior Engineer, he/she plays a crucial role in providing expert technical guidance and leadership to the diverse portfolio of projects. He/she will be responsible for executing various communication assignments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to the clients. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior Engineers and designers. Collaborating with Client/Vendor Requirements for Substation Design for AIS, GIS Substations, OHTL, UG and develop drawings/documents for Design, that meet project goals and operational standards.
Achieve an average project completion rate of 95%-98% within the specified timeline.
Ensure that 90%-95% of projects meet or exceed client expectations and receive positive feedback.
Reduce design errors and rework by 20%-30% through thorough reviews and verification processes.
Implement 2-4 new design improvements or innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency or performance.
Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90%-95% based on post-project surveys.
Conduct 2-4 training sessions or workshops to enhance the skills of the Junior Engineers and designers in the team.
Facilitate the professional growth of team members, resulting in a 10%-15% improvement in their performance evaluations.
