As an entry‑level Instrumentation and Control Commissioning Engineer, you'll embark on a rewarding journey, gaining hands‑on experience in performing I&C commissioning activities for steam turbines. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals during system walkdowns and handovers, contributing to Siemens Energy's mission of delivering reliable energy solutions. How You'll Make an Impact
  • Assist in performing I&C commissioning activities for assigned systems, learning to ensure safe and reliable operation of steam turbine equipment.
  • Gain experience using Siemens PCS7 and T3000 for control optimization and troubleshooting, while coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Learn to follow site regulations, EHS requirements, and PTW / RFFE procedures to maintain safety standards.
  • Develop skills as an Electrically Skilled Person, ensuring safe working conditions during commissioning activities.
  • Participate in system walkdowns and handover processes, contributing to the Erection Clearance Certificate and LOP list.
  • Support the development of I&C instructions for abnormal situations and assist in preparing commissioning documentation.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or control engineering, or equivalent experience, with a keen interest in gaining site experience.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications to support documentation and communication tasks.
  • Strong command of English, with a willingness to learn additional languages for effective communication in diverse environments.
  • Enthusiasm for travel and living abroad for extended periods, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
