  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Prepare cost sheets and commercial offers aligning with pricing strategy.
  • Ensure timely proposals in response to RFQs and tenders.
  • Enforce internal tollgate processes for commercial approvals.
  • Drive efficiency in the commercial process.
  • Monitor customer orders through production and delivery.

About the Role:

The Commercial Operations Manager will play a critical role in leading the commercial activities of the organization, ensuring efficient contract execution, proposal development, and customer relationship management. This role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) with customers to secure favorable commercial terms for the company.
  • Coordinate with legal and relevant internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation of cost sheets and commercial offers in alignment with pricing strategy and margin expectations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals in response to RFQs and tender invitations.
  • Maintain and enforce the department’s internal tollgate process, ensuring all commercial approvals and documentation stages are completed before submission or execution.
  • Drive efficiency in the commercial process and improve stage gate compliance.
  • Monitor customer orders through all execution phases, including production follow‑up and delivery timelines.
