Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of contract forms, especially FIDIC.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable.

We are working with a highly respected main contractor delivering landmark construction projects across the region. Our client is now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Jeddah, supporting a large-scale commercial building development.

Role Overview

The Commercial Manager will oversee all commercial, contractual, and cost‑management aspects of the project. You will work closely with project leadership, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful financial performance and risk management throughout the construction lifecycle.
