Job Description

What you’ll do: The Coating Operator prepares turbine parts for coating by performing required cleaning, masking, and surface preparation steps. The operator manages the coating process from the control room, monitoring equipment settings and applying coatings according to detailed process specifications and coating type requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining safe operation of the coating cell, identifying and reporting equipment or safety issues, and halting work when conditions do not meet safety standards. The operator ensures all coatings are applied consistently, accurately, and in full compliance with technical and quality requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma or Technical college degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as coating operator.
