The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components and Oil and Gas products. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming, machining processes, and quality control standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

1. Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and engineering drawings.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to understand machining requirements.
3. Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
5. Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments, ensuring compliance with specifications.
6. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and reduce production costs.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

10. Preferred Candidate:Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in a Oil & Gas environment.

15. Technical certification or diploma in machining or a related field is preferred.

• CNC Programming: Proficiency in programming CNC machines using G-code and M-code to create precise components according to specifications.
