Position Overview Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA, part of the ultra-luxury Red Sea Global destination, are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Cluster Talent & Culture Manager to join our pre-opening leadership team. This critical role will oversee all Human Resources functions across both properties, ensuring the successful attraction, development, and retention of top talent while nurturing a culture that reflects Rosewood’s philosophy of A Sense of Place®. The successful candidate will support the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture in implementing HR strategies, managing associate life-cycle activities, and embedding Rosewood’s service culture across all teams. This role is essential to creating a world-class workplace that delivers on both the associate and guest experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture in managing all T&C functions across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA, ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s brand values and Red Sea Global’s vision.
  • Drive pre-opening readiness by supporting mass recruitment campaigns, onboarding initiatives, and the establishment of HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with departmental leaders to forecast manpower requirements, ensuring timely recruitment and deployment of associates across both properties.
  • Manage associate life-cycle activities including contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and HR administration.
  • Implement training, development, and orientation programs to ensure associates embrace Rosewood’s service philosophy and brand culture.
  • Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability and future leadership pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records and reporting.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication platforms that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Address associate relations matters with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality, ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s values and zero-tolerance policies.
  • Drive diversity, inclusion, and localization efforts in line with Red Sea Global’s commitment to nurturing Saudi talent.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to align budgets, housing, transportation, and welfare programs for associates.
  • Support payroll verification, leave ticket administration, and benefit programs to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of policies for housing, lifestyle allowances, medical benefits, and other welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Rosewood corporate T&C teams and Red Sea Global HR representatives to ensure best practices and brand consistency.
  • Mentor and develop HR associates across both properties, building a high-performance T&C team that embodies Rosewood’s culture of care.Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Strong pre-opening experience within ultra-luxury hotels or resorts is highly preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and HR compliance requirements. Proven track record in recruitment, training, employee engagement, and HR operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency will be an advantage.
