Job Summary: As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability for multiple properties within a designated cluster or region. You will develop and implement pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and analyze data to optimize revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop pricing strategies and revenue management plans for multiple properties within the cluster.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and economic factors to make data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze performance data, including revenue, occupancy, and market share, to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct regular revenue meetings with property teams to review performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Implement revenue management best practices and train property teams on revenue optimization techniques.
  • Utilize revenue management systems and tools to track performance and forecast future revenue.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance and forecasts for senior management.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in revenue management or related field in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
