A Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
• Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards
• Recruiting, managing, training and developing the Food and Beverage team
• Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Working within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
• Setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
• Developing menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team
• Accountable for monthly stock takes
• Incentivising team members to maximise sales and revenue
• Carrying out annual and mid‑year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility
• Evaluating guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ensuring communication meetings are conducted and post‑meeting minutes generated
• Being environmentally aware
• Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
