Role Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships. This role plays a key part in driving revenue and ensuring seamless handover to operations for service excellence. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, events, and trade shows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with off-property sales teams to ensure aligned and non-duplicative efforts.
  • Participate in joint sales calls and support the closing of business deals.
  • Execute operational aspects of bookings, including proposals, contracts, and client communication.
  • Provide accurate and timely turnover to the Event Management team.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events and within the local community.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Gather and act on client feedback to enhance service delivery.
