Role Summary:
Works closely with clients to design and implement SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with their business requirements. Provides technical expertise on SaaS architecture, integration, and customization. Acts as a bridge between the client and the SaaS provider's engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
- Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
- Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements
- Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs
- Gather and analyze client requirements for SaaS solutions
- Design and document SaaS architectures, including integrations with existing systems
- Provide guidance on SaaS customization and configuration
- Troubleshoot SaaS integration and performance issues
- Provide training and support to client users
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SaaS technologies and best practices
Required Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience 3+ years in the role
- Experience with cloud based SaaS solutions (Azure / GCP (Google Cloud Base)) is a MUST.
- Experience with specific SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and development principles
- Experience with API design and integration
- Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integration
- Knowledge of web application development and related technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with specific SaaS platforms relevant to the employer
- DevOps tools and concepts (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)
Preferred qualifications:
- Data Privacy & Regulations: Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or SOC 2 compliance requirements
- Security Practices; Vulnerability scanning and encryption (TLS, data-at-rest)
