• 6+ years of experience in customer account services or similar role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area.
• 6+ years experience in leading global teams as a project manager.
• Solid knowledge in SAP Portfolio & Offerings.
• Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Very good English and Arabic skills.
