Job description

Country & Outback Health is a not-for-profit organisation focused on building healthier and happier communities. Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for young people within our headspace centres.

  • Part Time - 0.6FTE
  • Fixed Term – until October 2026
  • Location – headspace Whyalla/Port Augusta (will need to travel to both locations)
The Role
  • Work collaboratively in a recovery-orientated therapeutic and care coordination model to support young people experiencing complex mental ill health
  • Support young people with complex needs to meet their care needs by working with other stakeholders and across health systems
  • Provide evidence based psychological therapies to clients to achieve their therapeutic goals
  • Be supported by a diverse and experienced team to develop your clinical knowledge and skills
About You
  • Qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists
  • Full registration with relevant authority (AHPRA or AASW)
  • Two years of mental health experience preferred
