Job summary

A healthcare organization in KSA is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients. You will work in rehabilitation and long-term care settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient independence and quality of life while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and/or long-term care settings.
• Experience working with adult populations with neurological, cognitive, or degenerative conditions.
• Prior experience with multidisciplinary teams and documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ communication and swallowing functions.
• Design individualized therapy programs based on assessment findings.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication.
