The Role: Clinical Facilitator

The Clinical Facilitator plays a key role in supporting the ongoing training and development of nursing staff across a range of departments, including medical, surgical, pediatrics, critical care, and emergency. This role contributes to ensuring high standards of patient care by developing orientation, in-service, and continuing education programs in collaboration with Nursing Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 years in clinical instruction
  • Participate in the General Nursing Orientation Program and guide theoretical/clinical instruction
  • Identify individual and group learning needs of nursing staff and tailor training strategies
  • Monitor and assess new staff performance and provide targeted support
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies for referred staff
  • Assist with planning and delivering monthly educational programs
  • Maintain up-to-date staff competency profiles and ensure compliance with current clinical standards
  • Contribute to policy development, patient care standards, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support patient education efforts in alignment with rights and dignity protocols
  • Engage in hospital-wide educational activities and committees
About You
  • 5+ years clinical nursing experience with 2+ years in education or training
  • Registered Nurse with a 3-year Diploma or BSc in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Holder of a current nursing license (MOH license to be arranged by employer)
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated leadership and clinical training skills
  • Post-graduate studies and certification in a clinical specialty are desirable
  • Adaptable and respectful of Saudi cultural values and norms
