Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a client facing role.
• Holds a Saudi Driver’s license and has a personal car.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Deep understanding of client needs and Saudi business setup process.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth expansion journey.
• Provide world-class customer service with proactive communication.
• Track client progress and address issues to maintain satisfaction levels.
• Accompany GMs to government entities for various services.
