Job Title: Client Partner/Account Manager – Growth Market - Saudi Arabia

Role : The Client Partner will act as the primary relationship owner for the account, driving sales growth, revenue expansion, and strategic engagement. This role focuses on cross-selling and upselling HCLTech’s portfolio (Digital, Cloud, AMS, IMS, Cybersecurity, AI, etc.) while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Ownership & Growth
- Serve as the single point of contact for the Account leadership and connect with HCLTech management
- Leverage industry trends and banking domain knowledge to propose innovative solutions.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Develop and execute an account growth strategy aligned with client priorities and HCLTech Solutions
- Drive cross-sell and upsell across HCLTech’s service lines such as Infrastructure Services, Business Solutions, Digital Services, Cloud
- Conduct regular account reviews with internal stakeholders and client leadership.
Sales & Revenue Targets
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build strong CXO-level relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to influence client’s digital transformation roadmap.
- Identify new opportunities within existing engagements and convert them into deals.
- Develop partnership with key product vendors, partners
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM tools.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- 12+ years in IT services sales/account management
- Minimum 5 years in BFSI sector
- Proven success in managing large strategic accounts with annual revenue > $10M
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently
- Strong track record in cross-selling and upselling multiple service lines
- Deep understanding of banking technology landscape
- Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholder
- Skilled in building long-term strategic partnerships
- Ability to develop account growth strategies aligned with client priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present complex solutions in a clear, business-oriented manner
- Excellent command English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
