شركة رائدة في مجال الإنشاءات في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، تبحث عن مهندس تركيب للقيام بإدارة التركيب وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانية. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير، العمل الجماعي، وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، فضلًا عن الخبرة في الخرسانة مسبقة الصنع. يشمل الدور إدارة الموقع، الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والامتثال لمتطلبات البناء المحلية.

Responsibilities

• مسؤول عن إكمال التركيب ضمن الجدول الزمني المحدد والميزانية المحددة بطريقة آمنة.
• متابعة يومية لمتطلبات المشروع بما في ذلك التسليم.
• إعداد الموقع وتسويته ورسمه.
• التأكد من دقة الخطط والرسومات والكميات.
• مراقبة جودة المواد المستخدمة والأعمال المنفذة وفقًا للمواصفات.
• إدارة ومراقبة الوثائق التصميمية التي قدمها العميل أو المهندس المعماري.
• إدارة التعاملات مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمشرفين والمتعهدين.
• إدارة الموقع يوميًا، بما في ذلك الإشراف على قوة العمل في الموقع.
• تخطيط العمل وتنظيم المرافق والمعدات بشكل فعال للوفاء بالمواعيد المحددة.
• ضمان سلامة وصحة العمل في الموقع.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Erection Engineer is responsible for completion of erection within specified schedule and defined budget in a safe manner.
• Daily follow-up of project requirement included delivery
• Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.
• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plants.
• Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
