Role Summary

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing finishing works at project sites, ensuring work quality, adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, labor teams, suppliers, and the project manager to ensure efficient site progress and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to finishing works (plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, gypsum works, carpentry, doors & windows installation, etc.).
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, craftsmen, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare and follow up on materials required for the site (request, delivery, and usage).
• Conduct inspections for work quality and report any deviations.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Attend client meetings and present project updates professionally.
• Provide daily site progress reports and highlight site issues requiring decisions.
• Verify site measurements for billing and payments.
• Drive to/from project sites as required.
