• 4–8 years of experience in road works, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of road construction, utilities, drainage, and earthworks.
• Experience working on mega-projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
