We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our AWS and cloud solutions sales function. The CSO will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building high-performing sales teams. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, client relationship management, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in AWS and cloud solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, including account managers, presales engineers, and business development professionals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key client accounts to expand the company’s AWS business.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, presales, and technical teams to ensure alignment between solution offerings and client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline, and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Represent the company in executive-level client meetings, industry events, and AWS partner programs.
  • Drive a culture of customer-centric selling, ensuring long-term client relationships and retention.
