  • Oversee competitive total reward programmes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Drive HR digitisation and analytics to enhance decision-making and employee experience.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi labour laws, SAMA guidelines, and Saudisation objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years’ progressive HR leadership experience from Director to C-level in banking or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, organisational development, and transformation in growth business/groups.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
