Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all construction operations, including infrastructure, high-rise building, civil works, and related disciplines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple project sites to ensure safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
• Lead project planning, execution, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across departments.
• Mentor and guide project directors, construction managers, and technical teams.
• Coordinate with the CEO and executive leadership team on long-term strategy, business expansion, and organizational growth.
• Support tendering, budgeting, project mobilization, and major technical decisions.
• Represent the company in client meetings, consultants’ forums, and government-related engagements.

Skills

• Minimum 25+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and high-rise construction projects.
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles (COO, Operations Director, Project Director, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of project execution, contracts, engineering, and commercial management.
• Experience managing multi-billion-riyal construction portfolios.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Strong communication and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC highly preferred.
