Job Purpose:
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead and oversee the Group's Human Resources strategy and operations across multiple entities, including listed companies. Reporting to the Chief Shared Services Officer and working closely with the Group CEO, the CHRO will ensure that HR initiatives are fully aligned with the Group's strategic direction, culture, and business objectives.
The role combines both strategic leadership and operational excellence, ensuring the effective management of all HR functions across the Group while driving organizational transformation, talent development, and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the Group-wide HR strategy in alignment with the Group's vision, business goals, and operational priorities.
- Partner closely with the G-CEO, CSSO, and subsidiary CEOs to ensure HR strategies effectively support growth, profitability, and organizational agility.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Group leadership team and Board Committees (as applicable) on all people-related matters.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational design, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
Operational Management
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all companies within the Group, ensuring consistency in policies, processes, and service delivery.
- Establish a shared HR service model that provides governance, scalability, and flexibility for each business unit.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, listed company regulations, and international best practices.
- Lead the deployment of HR systems and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage HR budgets and optimize resources across the Group.
Talent Management & Development
- Drive Group-wide talent acquisition, capability development, and retention strategies.
- Lead leadership development and succession programs for critical roles across subsidiaries.
- Oversee performance management processes that foster meritocracy and continuous improvement.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and a culture of belonging across all companies.
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
- Design and manage competitive compensation and reward frameworks aligned with market trends and business goals.
- Oversee executive compensation structures for listed entities in accordance with governance and regulatory standards.
- Periodically review and benchmark salary structures, benefits, and incentive programs to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
Culture, Engagement & Change Management
- Work closely with the G-CEO and CSSO to reinforce the Group's values, mission, and leadership culture.
- Lead cultural integration initiatives that strengthen collaboration across different subsidiaries.
- Design and execute change management and communication strategies to support organizational transformation and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (CHRO, Group HR Head, or VP HR).
- Proven track record in multi-company or group structures, including experience supporting listed entities.
- Strong mix of strategic planning and operational execution capabilities.
- Deep understanding of Saudi labor regulations, corporate governance, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills at executive and board levels.
