Overview

Very excited to be working with this food focused Group who are looking for a Chef Finance Officer to join their team – this role is based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) provides strategic leadership and oversight of all financial operations for a large‑scale catering organization. This role ensures financial sustainability, robust cost controls, efficient supply chain financial management, and compliance with industry‑specific regulatory requirements. The CFO is responsible for driving profitability, optimizing working capital, and supporting long‑term growth through strong financial planning and risk management.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this CFO role

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred: CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA.
• 10–15+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in large‑scale catering, food services, aviation, hospitality, or FMCG operations.
• Experience managing multi‑site operations and complex supply chains.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required for this role.
• Ready and motivated to be part of an incredible project – flexible, able to travel and unflappable!
