Qualifications

• More than two years’ experience in a similar operational role.
• Familiarity with food and beverage terminology, operation, and costs.
• Knowledge of hygiene codes and controlling inventory.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of kitchen tools during service.
• Ensure adherence to fire, hygiene, and safety policies.
• Be present throughout service hours.
