Frasers Hospitality is seeking a Chef De Partie Pastry to join our culinary team at Fraser Suites Riyadh. In this role, you will support the preparation, production, and service of high‑quality pastries and desserts, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high‑quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in line with hotel standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all pastry products.
  • Develop and refine pastry recipes to enhance the menu offerings, incorporating local flavors where appropriate.
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper ingredient storage and rotation.
  • Adhere to all food safety standards and HACCP protocols within the pastry section.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and introduce new pastry items that align with guest preferences.
  • Support and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering skill development and teamwork.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions and implementing structured learning programs for the pastry team.
  • Maintain all pastry tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Contribute to menu planning and costing for pastry items.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a pastry chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
