Job summary

A leading company in Saudi Arabia seeks an Executive Secretary to coordinate the CFO's agenda and manage various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in Arabic and English. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred, alongside experience in report writing and minute-taking. This role involves handling correspondence, scheduling travel, and supporting decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of research methods and reporting techniques.
  • Proven experience in report writing and minute-taking.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business Administration).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the CFO’s agenda, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare, draft, and revise correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle inquiries by managing phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper records.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the CFO.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports.
  • Compile and process bank transfer documentation.
  • Upload bank transfers through the bank’s electronic transfer portal.
  • Archive approved transfers electronically.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the CFO.
