Job summary
A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the CEO. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's schedule, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. This role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Good knowledge of document management and archiving systems.
- Arabic language skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle and respond to emails professionally on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain an efficient digital and physical filing system for document archiving.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders.
- Ensure all pending tasks and deadlines are tracked and completed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, invoice handling, and expense tracking.
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO when required.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Very good English (written and spoken)
