Lamar international Industries is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to be based at the company’s headquarters in Jeddah – Third Industrial Area. We are seeking a highly experienced leader capable of driving the company towards achieving its strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company strategies aligned with its vision and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and guide teams toward achieving outstanding performance.
- Strengthen relationships with partners, investors, and clients.
- Establish and execute growth strategies to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Monitor and analyze market performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of executive or leadership experience in industrial or commercial companies.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with preference for expertise in the mining sector, particularly in lead or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, human resources, and operational management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Skills
- Proven ability to increase profitability and reduce operational costs
- Strong experience in cash flow management and dealing with banks and investors
- Deep understanding of industrial operations, supply chain, and production management
- Experience in implementing quality systems and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Strong ability to manage operational risks and improve efficiency and productivity
- Solid background in business development and strategic partnerships
- Excellent skills in contract management and negotiation with B2B clients and suppliers
- Proven track record in expanding market share and executing growth strategies
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong leadership personality with strategic thinking and decision-making skills
