Department: Central Operations
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Reports to: Head of Operations
Direct reports: ERP Project Coordinator, GenAi developer (possibly)

Mission

Drive Mirai’s operational excellence and digital transformation by implementing AI-driven automation and process optimization across all central functions - HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Communication—in close collaboration with the Odoo ERP rollout and Scopely’s GenAI team. This role will ensure seamless integration of AI and ERP systems, streamline workflows, and promote data-driven decision-making across all business units to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Transformation & AI Integration: Identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize internal processes across departments; collaborate with the GenAI development team to adapt corporate-level AI tools and applications for Mirai’s needs; map existing workflows and design future-state processes leveraging automation, data analytics, and AI; partner with department heads to translate business needs into AI/ERP-enabled solutions.
  • ERP & Systems Integration: Oversee the Odoo ERP implementation across all functions, ensuring data integrity and user adoption; supervise the ERP Project Coordinator and ensure synchronization between ERP and AI initiatives; define KPIs and dashboards to monitor system usage, process efficiency, and performance improvements.
  • Program & Change Management: Lead transformation projects end-to-end—from scoping, budgeting, and planning to delivery and evaluation; manage cross-departmental communication and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables; develop change management strategies to foster adoption of new digital and AI tools; report regularly to leadership on progress, milestones, and business impact.
  • Data & Process Excellence: Implement standardized processes and governance frameworks to ensure data consistency across systems; build and maintain project management dashboards and executive-level reports; promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, project management, or digital transformation within an international environment. Proven track record leading cross‑functional projects and implementing ERP and/or AI-driven systems. Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations, automation tools, and data analytics.

Technical Skills: Hands‑on experience with Odoo or other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.). Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management dashboards (e.g., Monday, Asana, Power BI).

Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills; strategic thinker with an execution-driven, structured, and collaborative mindset. Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
