The Role
You'll be the bridge between our business teams (Product, Analytics, Finance, HR, Marketing etc.) and our Engineering teams. Your job is to figure out where AI can actually help, build solutions that people use, and make sure we're getting real value from our AI investments.

- Identify which business problems are worth solving with AI
- Decide what to build, what to buy, and what to skip
- Calculate ROI and make sure we're investing in the right things
- Say "no" when AI isn't the answer
Stakeholder Management (30%)
- Work with the business teams to understand their problems
- Get buy-in from skeptical teams who don't trust AI
- Set realistic expectations with executives
- Handle concerns about data security, accuracy, and privacy
Technical Execution (25%)
- Work with Engineering Leads to design solutions
- Brief Project Managers on requirements and timelines
- Choose the right tools and technologies (OpenAI, Claude, vector databases, etc.)
- Make build vs. buy decisions
- Spot technical risks before they become problems
Adoption & Relationships (15%)
- Make sure people actually use what we build
- Build trust with teams who are skeptical about AI
- Train teams on new AI tools
- Keep AI solutions maintained and improving
What You'll Need
Required:
- Experience: 2+ years in AI/ML implementation, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record: You've actually built and shipped AI products that people use
- Stakeholder management: You can handle skeptical teams, impatient executives, and worried finance people
- Technical knowledge: You understand LLMs, APIs, data pipelines, and can have meaningful conversations with engineers (you don't need to code, but you need to know what's possible)
- Business sense: You can calculate ROI, prioritize based on value, and know when to stop a project
- Communication: You can explain technical stuff to non-technical people and business problems to engineers

- Gaming industry experience
- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Background in analytics or data science
- Experience building AI tools for internal teams (not just customer-facing)
