A leading catering company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee daily operations of the Catering Department. You will develop training plans, manage staff, and maintain quality standards. Ideal candidates have 6-8 years of experience in catering or hospitality, with strong financial and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. The Catering Manager effectively monitors all aspects of the daily operations of the Catering Department. Responsible for the development and implementation of training plans. Responsible for the development and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other standards within the department. Works closely with Operations Manager, Sales, Culinary departments providing essential input and expert opinion to ensure RFPs (Requests for Proposal) accurately reflects Catering capabilities and helps submit competitive and relevant quotations.
