Our Clinet is a KSA basedfoods and ingredients resellers Company Looking For a Category & Trade Marketing Executive based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position blends field-level execution with strategic ownership of grocery retail channel development for a Saudi based company that has exclusive distribution of Italian and International fine food brands. The role will be responsible for developing and executing category growth initiatives, from its listing to ensuring product visibility and availability in-store, and managing trade marketing activations across key retail customers such as Carrefour, Lulu, Panda, Tamimi, and other national and regional players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with category buyers and procurement teams across major modern trade retailers.
  • Develop customer-specific business plans to drive distribution, shelf presence, and secondary placement.
  • Execute in-store visibility campaigns, promotions, and launches in coordination with marketing and merchandising teams.
  • Analyze sell-out data, shelf share, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities by channel and category.
  • Monitor and optimize planogram compliance and pricing across retailers.
  • Support sales and marketing with preparation of category reviews and activation calendars.
  • Supervise and guide merchandising resources to maximize in-store impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing for the deployment of POSM, BTL activations, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Modern Trade Sales, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage industries.
  • Proven track record of interacting with modern trade retailers at HQ or regional level.
  • Hands‑on field execution mindset with attention to retail detail (planograms, placement, pricing, promo).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
